He was transparent about how the budget was being spent and any delays that came up. I also liked that he had a designer that helped me refine my plan to make the space work for my family. We hired Hillcreek Homes to finish our basement. Before starting I received three bids (including Hillcreek Homes). HillCreek's bid was excellent and Christian talked me through all the costs and answered all my questions without hesitation....no "Magic Number" biding! Completing our basement during COVID-19 was challenging. Despite some of these challenges, Christian was always professional, always calm when things were frustrating, and worked over subcontractor when needed to keep them on schedule even during a pandemic. I would have blown a gasket had I taken this on myself. Our finished basement far exceeded my expectation. I will hire Hillcreek Homes again if we have some home construction needs in the future.
